Flux's redesign started with deep user research on 28-year-olds using mobile banking: personas like Anna (25, professional struggling with finance tracking and security) and Igor (30, founder lacking financial literacy and quick access). Armed with insights from pains (cluttered UIs, navigation stress, data safety fears) and needs (budgeting, notifications, integrations), we crafted minimalist flows, interactive onboarding tips, and one-tap processes for transfers and payments.

The development focused on intuitive UX: clean interfaces reduce distractions, pop-up guides speed adaptation, and streamlined features boost efficiency and literacy. Solo product UI/UX design ensured seamless fintech experiences across devices, prioritizing security and real-time alerts.

Post-launch, Flux empowers users worldwide - Anna now budgets effortlessly with notifications, Igor manages investments with integrated alerts - transforming banking stress into confident control.
