Owned the entire design layer — from the foundation (tokens, components, states) to shipped, handed-off flows.

Worked against real constraints, not the vacuum of a concept: dev handoff, feasibility, requirements shifting mid-flight. Turned a mess of inputs into clean logic and a system that holds under growth.

Interface, graphics, branding and architecture are under NDA — they're not here and won't be. But the role and the process are mine, and described honestly. This is a shipped product, not a concept on a shelf.
